Shipping
Retail orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Your order will ship the day after your order has been placed.
We offer USPS, UPS and Fedex for shipping.
Returns & Discrepancies
We take great care in counting carefully and efficiently. If you notice a discrepancy in your order when it arrives, please contact customerservice@sandihendersondesign.com within 7 days. Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept refunds. We will replace damaged goods after they have been returned to us. We like to make our customers happy, let us know what we can do to help your business succeed!
Misplaced Pieces
Occasionaly, pattern pieces are misplaced or instruction booklets get torn. If you need replacement pieces, we can help you out! Please email us a picture of your pattern to customerservice@sandihendersondesign.com and let us know what part you need replaced. Replacement booklets and pattern sheets are $3 each and are only available to customers who have already purchased the whole pattern at retail cost.
