Wholesale Terms:

 Minimums

Each wholesale order is subject to a minimum purchase of $75.00.  Each sku also has a required minimum order of 2 patterns.

Terms

Orders totalling under $300.00 require prepayment.  Orders totally over $300.00 may be eligible for Net 30 upon prior approval.  

We accept Visa, Mastercard, paypal and check by mail.  (Orders will not be processed until e-check via paypal or paper check by mail have cleared.)

We do not offer further discounts beyond the wholesale price of our patterns unless the customer is a wholesale distributor.  Email customer service if you are interested in being one of our distributors.

Shipping

Wholesale orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday.  Your order will ship on the closest following M,W,F that your order is placed.

We offer USPS, UPS and Fedex for shipping.  Due to the size of wholesale orders we will not be able to ship orders in Priority Mail Flat Rate envelopes.

Placing an Order

We do not accept phone orders for accuracy purposes.  You are welcome to place an order online, or by printing our order form and faxing your order to 406-549-0079.

Backorder Policy

If an item is backordered, we will ship the part of your order that is in stock at the time it is placed.  The backorder portion of your order will be shipped at our expense when new stock arrives.  (This shipping policy applies to wholesale orders only, not distributor orders.)

Returns & Discrepancies

We take great care in counting carefully and efficiently.  If you notice a discrepancy in your order when it arrives, please contact customer service within 7 days.  Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept refunds.  We will replace damaged goods after they have been returned to us.  We like to make our customers happy, let us know what we can do to help your business succeed!
